The Process
At the start of each new client journey, I consider your health holistically.
This requires an overall assessment of your current condition and challenges– whether that's pain, fatigue, movement limitations or nutrition struggles that are creating a barrier to you living your life to the fullest.
Alongside your movement and nutrition status we will focus on stress load and family life. This is a deep dive into your past health and current circumstances to get a full picture of any underlying causes or symptoms that may be impacting the current challenges you experience.
This approach allows me to gain a robust understanding of you, your own desires for wellness and time available to commit to change, so that each protocol is personalised to you.
Using all of this knowledge, together we will form a plan of action that will lead you to better health. We will continue to assess this in our follow up sessions, noting progress and readjusting goals with every success you will achieve along the way.

About me - Dee Audley
Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer
I have always been interested in Mental Health and wellbeing, which led me to complete my first degree, in Psychology, in 2003.
I went on to study a postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health nursing and also worked in the charity sector for a counselling service. During these careers and experiences I have witnessed the health of your physical body and wellness of ones mind are inextricably linked.
I went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2019 and a Nutritional Therapist in 2022 which honed my holistic approach to working with clients.
I bring all that training, experience and passion to understanding and guiding people to a more fulfilled and healthful way of living. I love to see clients confidence growing as they take control of their life day by day and becoming their favourite version of themselves.
